Current practice
Information is collected to respond to real event inquiries.
Effective September 4, 2026
DJ Phelix does not sell website inquiry information. Submitted details are used to review the event, respond to the requester, discuss availability and services, prepare business documents when appropriate, and coordinate a potential or confirmed engagement.
Submitting the form does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create a contract, or authorize public release of private vendor records.

Temporary delivery route
FormSubmit and Gmail process the inquiry.
The static website uses FormSubmit to transmit booking-form entries to the current DJ Phelix Gmail inbox. FormSubmit states that submission records may remain in its submission archive for 30 days. The delivered email may remain in Gmail until it is deleted or retained for a legitimate business, accounting, dispute, or legal purpose.
Sensitive information
Do not submit confidential financial or identity records.
Do not place Social Security numbers, EINs, banking details, passwords, payment-card information, copies of identification, completed tax forms, or voided checks in a public form or ordinary email.
Completed W-9 forms and other private vendor documents are released only through an approved private process after the requester and business purpose are reviewed.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only as reasonably needed.
Unneeded inquiries may be deleted. Information connected to an active booking, completed event, payment, contract, dispute, or legal obligation may be kept longer when reasonably necessary.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address below. Some records may need to be retained where a legitimate business or legal requirement applies.
External services
Embedded and linked services have their own policies.
The website links to or embeds services such as Spotify, social networks, payment providers, digital contact-card services, and other external sites. Those providers may collect technical or account information under their own terms when you open or use their content.

Use “Privacy request” in the subject line and identify the email address or event information connected to the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless a safer method has been arranged.
